Everything lives in one place on Renno: milestones, payments and sign-offs. Your budget is held safely, you approve each milestone, and only then is your contractor paid.

From the first call, one person looks after your whole project. Your concierge comes from the renovation world: they know what a fair price looks like, which questions to ask a contractor, and where projects can go wrong. And they're firmly on your side.
Your concierge is local: close enough to come to your home, see the job for themselves, and meet the contractor in person.
They answer on the phone or WhatsApp, get you and your project set up on Renno, and stay reachable from start to finish. If anything comes up, you call them, not a helpdesk.

We put contractor quotes side by side, review them with you, introduce contractors we've verified, and get you and your project set up on Renno, where your payments stay protected from the first milestone to the last. We don't design your renovation or run the building work itself. What we do is guide your decisions and protect your money, and we're clear about that from the first call.
Is Renno Concierge free?
Yes. Renno Concierge is free for homeowners. There's no charge to compare quotes, get matched with verified contractors, or run your project on Renno's protected milestone payments. You only ever pay your contractor for the work they do, and your money stays protected on Renno until you approve each milestone.
What does Early Bird Access mean?
Concierge is new, and every project gets a dedicated concierge. We're opening a limited number of places so each one gets the personal attention the service is designed around. Request early access and we'll call you.
How does Renno verify contractors?
Before we introduce anyone, we check the contractor's registration and track record, and we only work with ones we'd be comfortable recommending to our own family. If you already have a contractor in mind, we check them the same way. Every contractor is paid through Renno's protected milestones, so your money stays safe no matter who does the work.
I already have a contractor. Is this still for me?
Even better. We check them the same way we check everyone, and your project runs on Renno with the same payment protection. Nothing changes about who does the work.
Why use a concierge instead of finding a contractor myself?
You can find a contractor yourself. A concierge just means you don't have to do it alone. Your Renno concierge comes from the renovation world, so they know what a fair price looks like, put quotes side by side so you can compare them properly, and flag the things that are easy to miss. And because your project runs on Renno, your budget stays protected until you approve each milestone.
What if something goes wrong during the work?
Any money for work that isn't done yet stays protected in your project while things are sorted out. Your concierge helps you reach a resolution, and you always have Renno's dispute resolution process behind you.
